The AutoPay debit is attempted on the due date. If it fails due to insufficient balance, EduOpus automatically retries after 24 hours and sends the parent a notification. The school sees a real-time alert. You can set a late fee to apply automatically after the grace period.
Can parents cancel the AutoPay mandate?
